How do I use the Kegelmaster?

The Kegelmaster is an instrument used for the strengthening of pelvic muscles of a woman. This is a female exerciser recommended by doctors to build strong and healthy sexual muscles. The Kegelmaster is made of medical grade plastic and surgical stainless steel which applies resistance against the vaginal muscles when contracting in motion. Here is a review for kegelmaster 2000

The Kegelmaster is basically 1.25 inches wide when closed and goes 3 inches into the vagina. This is what facilitates its easy insertion. The Kegelmaster is used with a spring on the rear pin of the hinge. It is then closed with your hand, wherein the knob on top is tightened till it closes. Once this is ready, you lay down on your back with your head on a pillow.

Using Kegelmaster

While relaxing, you have to bend your knees, while keeping your feet two feet apart, and flat. Now the Kegelmaster should be brought into position with the knob upwards. Then on lubricating the vaginal wall with a water soluble lubricant, and the Kegelmaster from the ribs to the tip, the Kegelmaster has to be placed between your thighs. You then insert the Kegelmaster into the vaginal opening till you find it is firmly in place. It is possible to notice the Kegelmaster when it is much smaller, and firmly locked in place.

On grasping the Kegelmaster firmly, you make your first adjustment by turning the knob found on the top of the Kegelmaster counterclockwise. This has to be done till the knob does not touch the top of the Kegelmaster or till you find yourself a little uncomfortable. However, if you find that the knob is off the top of the Kegelmaster, and there is no pressure from the Kegelmaster against the vaginal muscles, you have to add another spring to the Kegelmaster.

Use your vagina muscle to squeeze kegelmaster

With the right tension, you squeeze down against the Kegelmaster. Once you are able to clamp down using your vaginal muscles for thirty repetitions, then the unit has to be removed from the vagina. The position of the spring has to be changed by moving one pin forward. If it is still possible to do thirty repetitions after insertion, the spring has to be moved back to the rear pin, and a spring added to the next forward pin, and the process repeated.

You know you have the right spring tension when you can close the Kegelmaster at the start of the exercise, and not be able to close it properly after thirty repetitions. Start this exercise with three sets of thirty repetitions everyday. On the completion of each repetition, you have to completely close the Kegelmaster while pausing between sets of thirty repetitions for fifteen seconds. Work at doing six sets of thirty reps for at least thrice a week.
