Kegel Exercise Device

There is a lot of Kegel Exercise Device out on the market. Most of them make Kegel Exercise more effective. Here are a few different products that can be used to make kegel more effective:

1) Benwa Balls.

Benwa Balls are small marble size metal ball. It is usually hollow and containing a small weight that rolls around. It could be used to increase the strength of the pelvic floor muscle, vaginal elasticity and bladder control. Insert them into your vagina and squeeze. Since you have something to squeeze around, Kegel exercises feel more natural.

Sitting:
Sit down on a chair and insert the Benwa Balls into your vagina. Close you leg after the ball is in your vagina. Use your vagina muscle to move the ball back and forth inside your vagina.

Standing:
Stand up and spread your feet to shoulder width. Insert the Benwa balls and hold it in your vagina as long as your can.

Squat:
This is the hardest exercise with Benwa Ball. Spread your feet as much as you can. Without using any other muscle, use your vaginal muscle to move Benwa Ball inside your Vagina. Do Not let the Benwa Ball Drop

Since Benwa Ball is made with metal and has a smooth surface, it doesn’t absorb bacteria and is more durable then other Kegel Exerciser


2) Vaginal Cones.

Vaginal Cones a made with stainless steel that wrap with double welded plastic case. A plastic coated cord is used to help you to take the weight out easier. Some of the vaginal cone has the shape of a tampon, where some has the shape of a cone. It usually comes in a set of 5-10 cones with different weight.

Usage
First insert the lightest cone inside your vagina. Hold it for five minute. Perform the exercise twice a day. Increase the weight of the cone or time of holding every week. The goal is to hold the heaviest weight for 20 minute, twice a day.

The advantage of vaginal cones is that it is really easy to use. You don’t even need the user manual. Also, it is easy to see the improvement as you increase the weight, which is a really good motivation boost.

3) KegelMaster.

KegelMaster look like a dildo. However, it is use to perform Kegel Exercise. The top part of KegelMaster can be open so it can expand its diameter. There are springs inside Kegel Master’s resistant.

To use Kegel Master, first close KegelMaster with your hand and tighten the pin. Lay down on your back and spread your leg. Insert kegelmaster into your vagina. Slowly turn the pin counter-clockwise to release Kegelmaster until you feel pressure in your vigina. Perform 30 squeezes. If you feel it is too easy, move to pin to another spring to increase the strength.

The goal is to close kegelmaster for 30 times. You should adjust the weight so that you can compelte 30 squeezes without using your other muscle. Perform the exercise 3 time a day for at least twice a week.


4) Electrical Stimulation

(also call NMEs or Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation) -Stimulate pelvis floor by put a probe that generate electric current in to your vagina. Electrical stimulation will contract and relax our vagina muscle.

5) Neocontrol.

It is a chair that generate magnetic field. Your pelvic floor will be stimulated by the magnetic field. It takes 20-30 minute and usually performs in a urologist's office
